Preventative Maintenance

Having your heating and cooling system serviced is recommended by every manufacturer to ensure your system is working at its optimum efficiency. Servicing will help extend your equipment life, lower your utility bills, and help provide consistent performance from your equipment.

We recommend that you have your HVAC equipment serviced twice per year - once in the spring and once in the fall.

What is a SEER?

There are special names for the efficiency ratings of various types of equipment. Air conditioning equipment is rated by the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating, or SEER. The higher the SEER rating, the more efficient the unit. Missouri State minimum requirements are 14 SEER for heat pumps and 13 SEER for air conditioners.

How do I know what size unit our house needs?

Ask Ted. They will consider many factors before making a recommendation. Factors like … size of the house, climate, the number and type of windows installed, insulation, and even the number of people living in the house.

Furnace service
