Rich and Ted Janes are a father son team with over 30 years of combined knowledge of the HVAC business. Rich Janes taught at Ranken Tech for 28 years before he joined forces with his son Ted Janes and opened the doors of Always Kool, LLC – a heating, cooling and refrigeration company. They’re both certified HVAC technician’s trained in Missouri.
As of 2019, Rich’s grandson, Ethan Etheridge, joins the team as a service technician, this is Ted’s son. With the addition of Ethan we have also added another service van. More on Ethan . . .
